Amy Heard was born and raised in Anderson County. She has worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Anderson School District Five for 17 years. Amy is married to Joel Heard and they have two children, Ashley (23) and Blake (16).

Amy began serving the Sheriff’s Foundation Board in June 2019 and currently serves as Treasurer. “I love serving on this board to help assist the very folks/individuals that work tirelessly to keep our community safe. It is a honor to be able to serve and give back to this organization.”
