ANDERSON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

The Anderson County Sheriff’s Foundation is a non-profit organization supporting the backbone of the Sheriff’s Office and the employees who serve the county faithfully. The Foundation is a 501 (c)(3), operating exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, or the corresponding section of any future code.

 

While deputies wear a uniform, the Foundation reminds our community these men and women in blue are people first. Some have courageously carried on, answering calls for service as they worry about their child battling cancer, while simultaneously paying for a busted hot water heater on top of medical expenses.

This is one of many stories illustrating why this Foundation was created. While they protect and guard the community, this non-profit ensures they are protected when it’s needed most.
